Well this one is easy! It's my Special Ed kids! Due to privacy laws and for the protection of the kids I can't post pictures. But I promise they are all super adorable and highly loveable even on the hardest days.
Some days I learn more from the kids than what they probably learn from me. They don't judge, (but they will tell you the blunt truth, even if they have to sign it lol), they cheer each other on even while doing what we think is a simple task, they aren't mean and cruel to each other like "normal" kids can be and they love unconditionally. One of my favorite things to see in these kids is when a new concept "clicks" and their eyes light up and they get so excited. I can't help but get excited along with them! It's moments like that, that make all the hard days so very worth it. I also love how there's never a "normal" day since each day is so very different. It ranges from the easy days, semi-easy, slightly difficult, hard days and the "Holy Hanna what have I gotten myself into??" days, with everything possible in between. I absolutely love it.
