Elder H is doing ammmmaaaazing! He's working so hard with his investigators to get their lives straightened out. He's gotten especially close to one family, he's been working with him since March, I think. They just recently had a new baby boy and after Mom has healed she'll be getting married, AND baptized along with her future husband! Their 2 year old son absolutely loves Elder H and his companion. He cries every time Andrew leaves their house.
Last Thursday night he was robbed at knife point. Before he left we talked about what might happen to him. I remember telling him that it scared me that I couldn't say "well if you get jumped..." it was "WHEN you get jumped.." Well it happened. And I hope and pray that it never happens again.
He's growing so much and loving every minute of his mission (well, maybe not minutes the robbers pulled out their knives...). I'm so proud of him and all that he's accomplishing!
He's also decided to let the country boy/redneck part of him out. The boy who swore he'd never wear a cowboy hat, is now rockin' one.

And please don't go down anymore dark pathways/alleys...I kind of would like it if you stayed alive. :)
